The Lutz

The Lutz was a toolshed and a maintenance center located just behind the Ox-Bow Inn; there is evidence that it dated back to the early 1900s. The original Lutz was torn down in 2005 to make space for the new addition to the Inn, and the nearby Rob was converted to take over its function.

The new Lutz was completed in 2006. Designed by Jack Murchie, the building is simple and functional and is primarily used as studio spaces for artists. It is heated, making it possible to use the space in colder weather. It includes a restroom, along with a sink for cleanup.
