The Haas Painting Studio
The Haas Painting Studio was built in 1975, thanks in part to contributions from Board Members Cissy and Albert Haas. Centrally located on the Meadow and lagoon, the studio hosts large gatherings and painting and drawing classes throughout the summer, fall, and winter. It is a spacious, north-lit painting and drawing studio with plenty of wall space, tables, and easels. In 2007, it was winterized and renovated. It now houses six 10-by-10-foot studios for our Fall Residents, and a classroom for our winter program.
