Why enroll in our membership program?

Your membership directly supports students and artists that spend time on our campus. It’s also a way to join and stay connected to Ox-Bow’s community. Alumni members can expect a dose of nostalgia delivered in the form of campus merch as our way of saying thanks for giving back!

THE FINE PRINT: Ox-Bow House Retail: Excludes online purchases, special events, and special exhibitions. Art on the Meadow Workshops: This includes 10% off Summer and Fall Art on the Meadow workshops. Non-Credit Courses: This includes Summer and Winter courses (in-person or online). Ox-Bow News: This includes all digital newsletters and mailings regarding Ox-Bow’s events and learning opportunities. ​​Friday Night Food & Beverage Perk: Members receive tickets at Friday Night Open Studios which will be usable on that day towards food and beverage purchases. One-of-a-kind gift: A special gift made from our studios. Valued at $100. Memberships are not refundable.

  • Where can you sign up?
    You can use the registration form provided here.

  • Once I sign up, when will I receive my membership info?
    You will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 days after your purchase.

  • How do I receive my membership perks?
    Thank you, for supporting Ox-Bow! Membership perks will be outlined in your confirmation email and if any additional items are included with your purchase, you will receive them in approximately 2-3 weeks from your purchase.

  • What if my membership level includes a donation gift receipt?
    Thank you for your contribution! Letters will be emailed 1-2 weeks after your purchase.

  • What if I’m an Ox-Bow alumni?
    Alumni members can expect a dose of nostalgia delivered in the form of campus merch. Our way of saying thanks for giving back!

  • What’s included in the 10% off Ox-Shop and Retail Purchases?
    Excludes online purchases, special events, and special exhibitions.

  • Where can I learn about Ox-Bow’s classes and workshops?
    If you're not already on our digital mailing list, you will be added with your purchase. Our digital newsletter includes all things Ox-Bow! You can also learn more on our website: ox-bow.org.

  • How do I register for Non-credit Courses and receive my membership discount?
    Our Programming Team can assist you with registration. Email the team at oxbow@ox-bow.org

  • How do I register for Art on the Meadow and receive my membership discount?
    You can register online and receive your discount there.

  • When can I use my Friday Night Open Studios Food & Beverage perk?
    Friday Night Open Studios takes place on our campus three times during the summer season. Members can pick up a ticket during those events at the Retail Shop.

  • How long will my membership last and are refunds available?
    Our membership program is ongoing and membership purchases are good for one year from the state date of your purchase. Memberships are not refundable.
