Through its long history as a summer school of art, Ox-Bow has hosted many of the Midwest's most prominent artists. What began as a painting school has evolved into a thriving of community, welcoming artists who work in a variety of different studio disciplines. Listed below is a sample of our distinguished alumni, who have been involved at Ox-Bow as students, faculty, Visiting Artists, and Board members.

There are many gaps in the history of Ox-Bow, especially from the early years, but each year, we hear more and more stories about how Ox-Bow has changed people's lives and careers. In preparation for our 100-year anniversary celebrating Ox-Bow's role in influencing and inspiring countless artists, Ox-Bow wants to hear from you.
