Accommodations
Ox-Bow provides shared housing with limited opportunities for single rooms, which are available on a first come first served basis and for an additional fee. Rooms are heated, but students should bring appropriate bedding/clothing for early fall when the days can be warm and the evenings can be chilly.

Meals
Ox-Bow is proud to welcome Chris Ferris as our chef for the fall program. Chris is known throughout West Michigan for her amazing food presentation and the delectable desserts she makes. Students residing on campus will be treated to a variety of fresh and delicious meals.

Registering for Ox-Bow
Please read the age requirements for each course carefully. Students must be 21 years of age or over to participate in the cooking course.

Registration for the 2007 fall program begins August 1, 2007. Registration must be completed at least 2 days prior to the class start date, and must be accompanied by payment in full. Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment. If your class is cancelled, you will be notified by telephone and you will receive a full refund. Students will be sent a short supply list and an orientation guide upon registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made two weeks prior to the start of class.
