Michelle Shaw is a Registered Radiant Body Yoga Instructor with a BS in English Literature and an MA in Educational Leadership. Having taught International Baccalaureate English and Advanced Placement Composition, she has now dedicated herself to teaching yoga (MichelleShawYoga.com). Her yoga studies have taken her to the Himalayan Institute, the Kripalu Center, and the Sattva Center in Rishikesh India. Michelle’s focus on movement, breath, meditation, creative writing, and storytelling allows for exploration of the inner self in a safe and transformative environment.
