Inspired By Nature: Story Telling

Instructor: Ellen Sprouls, ages 6-10, $135

While learning to observe and interpret the forest, the dunes, and the waterways of Ox-Bow, students will be inspired to develop and create stories in a variety of genres incorporating a variety of artistic media.  Students will draw comics, write and illustrate books, assemble a story box (in the tradition of the American artist, Joseph Cornell) and create a shadow puppet show.  Come prepared to make a mess as we use charcoal, pastels, paint, and glue, with a smattering of junk to tell your own stories.
